THE PROBLEM
Recognised as one of the UK’s Top Employers, Amazon wanted everyone to see for themselves just what makes them a top employer and a great place to work and set the record straight on some of the public assumptions made about life in UK fulfilment centres.
Our Chatterbox campaign increased perception of how Amazon cares about its employees by 40%
OUR APPROACH
We knew from the outset that this brief would be answered by real people. Who better to tell genuine stories about life at Amazon than employees themselves. We visited their incredible fulfilment centres, we met their amazing people and we found an brilliantly diverse cast of personalities to tell those stories.
THE SOLUTION
With big personalities and with even bigger opinions, we created Chatterbox, a campaign designed to make Amazon employees famous and showcase its diversity, while settling some of the nation’s most important – and less important – debates.
From ‘What’s the correct way to make a cuppa?’ to ‘How early is too early to get to the airport?’, Chatterbox provided unique insights into what makes modern Britain tick, as well as shifting perceptions about what it’s like to work on the frontline at Amazon.
THE RESULTS
- 16.2 million online views
- 350 total pieces of coverage
- 69% increase in brand favourability
