Our hiring process gives people a chance to get to know each other and work out if we’re the right fit for you. A first-round chat is followed by a deeper level interview. We’ll want to see some of your previous work and we’ll often ask you to complete a comms task for us. You’ll meet some of the team, get a feel for our work environment and get to meet one of the Partners too.
