We created a campaign unlike any other, putting Amazon’s own people at the heart of our narrative, and changing the story for the better.

THE SOLUTION
With big personalities and with even bigger opinions, we created Chatterbox, a campaign designed to make Amazon employees famous and showcasing its diversity – while settling some of the nation’s most important – and less important – debates. From ‘what’s the correct way to make a cuppa?’ to ‘how early is too early to get to the airport?’, Chatterbox provided a unique insight into what makes modern Britain tick as well as shifting perceptions about what it’s like to work there.
