THE SOLUTION
We harnessed the strength of how employees feel about working at Sage, empowering them to define what ‘Extraordinary Teams, Extraordinary outcomes’ means, setting a clear expectation of everyone who worked there. We created a programme of comms to bring it to life through podcasts, live events, masterclasses and re-created all the performance management materials to align with a new set of refreshed values.
