THE CHALLENGE
Sage saw its ambitious goals for growth as an opportunity to drive a more focused and high performance workforce culture. Key to making this change was re-imagining how its leaders spoke about its purpose and mission to support a fundamental shift in employee behaviour.
OUR APPROACH
We flipped the narrative, empowering employees to set the tone and language, giving them the reins to set a new culture of behaviours.
THE SOLUTION
We harnessed the strength of how employees feel about working at Sage, empowering them to define what ‘Extraordinary Teams, Extraordinary outcomes’ means, setting a clear expectation of everyone who worked there. We created a programme of comms to bring it to life through podcasts, live events, masterclasses and re-created all the performance management materials to align with a new set of refreshed values.
THE RESULTS
Was central to work that won six awards at the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards 2024, including the Grand Prix.
